This morning I finished baking the cookies I was to bring for our super cake day at work. They did not turn out quite right, but still tasted good. They were supposed to be in the shape of candy canes, but ended up flattening too much. I am sure part of the problem was lack of measuring utensils, but I also think the butter is different out here. I have noticed differences when using it in others things before. I will have to keep note of it next time I bake.
